This pull up bar for large door frame is designed for wide doorway from 35 to 50 inches. The screw locking mechanism makes it much safer to do pull-ups. It is a perfect home gym equipment for pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups, hanging leg raises etc. The diameter of inner thread rod is 12mm so that it can load up to 150KGS.
NOTE:
This pull up bar for large door frame can not be used for other gymnastic moves or children plaything!
