This all in one pull up bar is our updated new model. Based on traditional doorway pull up bars, considering the defects such as damaging door frame, bars getting loose, less capacity etc., our engineers made some upgrade with this new version. The supporting poles solve the trouble of low capacity and damage on door frame. Double locking design avoid the bar from getting slip during exercise. We have different sizes for option. This is an ideal upper body workout equipment on market up to now. It can be used at door way or corridor. Main usages of the product are Exercise your body, correct your posture, stretch your spine, and help grow taller.

Q: How to install this product?

A: Easy installation at four steps.

1. Confirm installation distance. Adjust the supporting poles at proper height and place it on the wall.

2. Extend both ends of the bar to measured distance and connect supporting poles to the horizontal bar.

3. Rotate the bar to the opposite direction till it stops.

4. Make sure that the horizontal bar is level and rotate the bar tightly. Confirm that the supporting rods are fixed firmly. Now you can start exercise.
