Head

The head contains the five senses, the brain, and various acupuncture points. These are all crispy and sensitive positions, which are crucial parts for humans. What's more, in addition to the protected bones, the head does not have too thick muscles and fascia to relax. Therefore, it is forbidden to hit the head with a fascia gun.

Side of neck

Blood vessels and nerves are widely distributed in this location, and the carotid sinus is in this location, which is relatively superficial and quite sensitive to external mechanical compression. A little carelessness will cause cardiovascular reflexes, resulting in an instant insufficiency or interruption of blood supply to the brain, and some people may even experience extreme situations such as fainting and cardiac arrest. In contrast, the relaxation method of stretching is more suitable for this part.

Medial clavicle

Shoulders get sore easily, the fascia gun hits well, it’s okay to hit from the rear trapezius, but not the front inside the collarbone. This position has thin muscles, and is the channel through which the cervical spine emits the brachial plexus, as well as a large artery.

Underarm and inner forearm

This is an important location of the brachial plexus, and there are many nerve tissues, which are also relatively weak and sensitive.

Where the bone bulges

The spine, ankles, elbows, coccyx and other positions have obvious bony protrusions or joints and their surroundings. It is not advisable to use a fascia gun to hit them, as it is easy to cause pain and injury.

Knee and its surroundings

The knee is the most prone to sports injuries, but fascia gun strikes are not recommended in and around the knee. There is a common peroneal nerve around the fibular head on the lateral side of the knee joint. In the posterior fossa of the knee, the popliteal artery, the tibial nerve, and the common peroneal nerve all pass from this position.
